Notice to owners of a Samsung phone. The South Korean company recommends users of several of its high-end smartphone models to erase all fingerprints stored in their device, due to a fault in the recognition system to unlock the phone by third parties.
Samsung advises users of Galaxy Note10, 10+ and Galaxy S10, S10 +, and S10 5G smartphones to "erase all existing fingerprints". And this, before recording them again, said the company.

The problem is related to some silicone screen protectors, which disturb the fingerprint sensors. Samsung has called to "avoid" to use these protections "until the update of the software, to be published from next week".
