The Parisian meeting dedicated to the upstream of the lingerie, swimwear and activewear markets will be held from January 18 to 20 at Porte de Versailles, jointly with the International Lingerie Fair also organized by Eurovet, and alongside the Who's Next and Bijorhca fashion and jewelry fairs. An edition which moves to hall 7.2 and notably opens the door to the world of marriage.
The Exception space will thus offer visitors a look at the world of marriage, naturally linked to that of lingerie: "We have noticed over time that we have many buyers evolving in this area who explained to us how to do it. their research on Interfilière ", explains the general commissioner of the show, Laurence Nérée. "We therefore decided to call upon the designer Patricia Remy (officiating under the brand Lila de Saint Louis), for an inspiring space on the materials linking lingerie to marriage".
On the exhibitor side, the show will show a stable level compared to previous editions, with 185 companies present, including around forty arrivals and returns, including the tri-color dentelier Solstiss, the specialist in Bugis knitwear, the Sarthois manufacturer Macosa, the Leveaux embroiderer, or the American lace maker Klauber Brothers. Laces and embroiderers will ultimately make up half of the supply from Brazil to China via Italy, the United Kingdom, Morocco and even Turkey.
As FashionNetwork.com reported in December, Interfilière elected the Swiss embroiderer Union as "Designer of the Year 2020". The venerable textile company, carrying 260 years of know-how, will naturally be highlighted on this edition.
The central forum of Interfilière will evolve: trends, colors and materials will be at the heart of an informative space which is enriched by an "Innovative Coworking". An area where manufacturers and buyers can meet, follow a program of conferences and exchanges, or exchange with the personal shopper made available by the organizer Eurovet. Between the forum and this space will be offered "Avenue de Paris", where boards will present their know-how, on the theme of Parisian lingerie. For their part, creators will stage their respective visions of "behind the scenes".
In view of the social movements at work in the days preceding the show, the Eurovet organizer and the other shows expected at the Porte de Versailles have made specific arrangements. Dedicated shuttles are thus set up between Paris airports and the Porte de Versailles. As well as from the Parisian stations, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, Saint-Lazare and Montparnasse, with timetables available on the event website.
