THE GENERAL TIP FOR EASIER PRESSING A LEMON


If you do not have a juicer, you can also recover the juice of your lemon without difficulty, thanks to this simple and practical trick. The juice of a lemon is often used in our fish recipes or for the seasoning of a mixed salad. But when you do not have a juicer, it's harder to squeeze a lemon.

To recover the juice easily, simply roll it on a hard surface, before cutting it. So press it with one hand on your work surface and go back and forth to soften the pulpit and concentrate the juice in the center of the fruit.

Then cut your lemon into two parts, plant a fork in the center, and squeeze your lemon to extract its juice more easily.
